🥦Romanesco cauliflower, also known as pagoda cauliflower, originates from the region of Rome, hence its name. It is a variety of cabbage that thrives in a wide range of climates, boasting high adaptability. With a high survival rate, Romanesco cauliflower is well-suited for cultivation in various weather conditions.

🥗The efficacy and nutrition of pagoda vegetables:

The pagoda cabbage, rich in potassium, boasts a Vitamin C content of 70.6mg/100g, which is 40 times higher than regular cauliflower, 20 times higher than apples, and 10 times higher than tomatoes. Additionally, it contains carotene, phosphorus, magnesium, and other trace elements. Due to its low calorie and low sugar content, pagoda cabbage is highly suitable for individuals aiming to lose weight and for those with diabetes.

🌱Planting method:

🥦Start outdoors
Sow the seeds in fertile soil in full sun. Plant 2 to 3 seeds 1/2 inch deep and 12 inches apart. Row spacing is 18 inches. Thin to 1 strong seedling per group so the plants have room to mature and grow.

Broccoli needs rich soil and cool growing weather to grow large heads. Prepare the soil and do not overcrowd the seedlings before thinning or transplanting, as this can result in stunted seedling development. Keep well watered and weeded. Fertilize with an all-purpose fertilizer at least once a month.

🥦Harvest and use
Before the florets open, cut off half of the stem and harvest the main inflorescence. This will encourage the formation of lots of side shoots, allowing for longer picking times from each plant.
