🌱Maintenance knowledge：

[Soak seeds] Soak in water at 40-50 degrees for one day to induce germination.

[Add soil for seedling raising] Before sowing, the soil should be fully soaked with water.

[Thinning] When the seedlings grow to 2 true leaves, thinning should be carried out to remove weak seedlings and seedlings that are too dense. The seedbed should be kept warm and moist. If the base fertilizer of the seedbed is insufficient, chemical fertilizer can be applied 1 to 2 times.

[Transplanting] The seedlings can be transplanted when they have 4 true leaves. Choose a cloudy day for transplanting vegetable seedlings, and water them thoroughly after transplanting.

[Growth] Watering should be controlled during the slow seedling period after transplanting and before bolting: During the bolting stage, the demand for water increases, so watering should be frequent, and the relative humidity of the soil should be maintained at about 90%.

[Harvesting] The harvest period is suitable when the chicken leg kale sprouts grow to be equal to or close to the height of the top of the leaves. The picking height is 15 to 25 cm.
